In culinary school we learn many things from the different chef instructors that we work with. I am going to use this blog to talk about my days, review what I have learned, and take the mystery out of the kitchen.
I am currently in culinary school on the beautiful island of Maui. I love cooking, traveling, reading, football (Go Packers and LSU), my girlfriend, and our great dog Bruschi.
